We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Returns are accepted on unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the item is received in its original condition.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your files or something isn’t working as expected, reach out—we’re happy to help troubleshoot or resend your download.
Incense, Mystery Bundles & Subscription Boxes
These items are handmade and often one-of-a-kind. Because of their nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on mystery bundles, incense, or subscription boxes unless the item arrives damaged.
If your order arrives broken or missing something, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
🚚 Shipping Details
We ship all physical items via USPS Ground Advantage by default. It’s reliable, affordable, and includes tracking.
Customers can upgrade shipping at checkout if they need faster delivery or prefer a different carrier. We do our best to pack and ship orders within 3–5 business days, but during busy seasons or for custom items, it may take a bit longer.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. If you have questions about your shipment, feel free to reach out.
